Is the program for men only? Or can women do it as well?

   These metabolic circuits work great for both men and women.

   They’re designed to create a tight, firm set of abs, without extra bulkiness.

Is the program for beginners or advanced trainees?

   Both! 

   However, the Rules of Application have guidelines for “conditioning into” the program, as well as guidelines on how to use them, depending on your current level of conditioning, and the program you’re currently on.

   Even very advanced trainees (including Andy himself) need to be careful with conditioning into this program.

Can I do Awesome Abs with ANY program?

   NO. 

   An extremely high-volume program would be too much work. You WILL burn out. But this can be done with most training programs out there.

   If you’re on a program where you could add a low-intensity cardio session or two each week, you can do these abs circuits with your program. 

Can I do these at home?

   Yes, if you have at least some of the equipment. These are not bodyweight only; you might be able to make that work, but it wouldn’t be ideal.

   In the videos, you’re seeing Scott and Andy in Scott’s home gym. They use a bench, stability balls, medicine balls, adjustable dumbbells, and — sometimes — Scott’s cable trainer and/or a TRX. You can often make some substitutions (e.g., using resistance bands), and Scott and Andy give suggestions for this.

Can I use these ab circuits to lose fat and get lean?

   You bet.

   You must also have your diet in check, and that is why we give you a meal plan, exact recipes, calorie guidelines, food lists, and more.

   In terms of exercise, these can be a cardio replacement. They’re great for metabolic optimization and SUSTAINING this fat loss. 

   (They’re also much more fun!)

Does Andy really stay that lean year-round.

   Yes.

   (It’s kind of insane.)
